Canon Mixed with Fillers: Episode 7, 9, 14–16, 18–21, 23–24, 27–30, 37–41, 43–47, 49, 52–60, 63, 66, 69–72, 74, 83, 98, 100, 112–114, 126–127, 130–131, and episodes from 141–142.
Remaining episodes are canon and go according to the manga storyline.

Naruto Canon Episodes
Canon episodes are those episodes which are connected to storyline and go according to the original manga. Here are all canon arcs,
Land of Waves Escort Mission Arc (Episodes 1–19)
This is the first arc that takes place in the anime, in this arc, we introduced to all team 7 members and their first mission in the Land of waves.
Chūnin Exams Arc (Episodes 20–67)
After finishing their first mission and defeating one of the deadliest enemies in the Land of waves team 7 back in Konoha. And now they entered in Chunin exams.
Konoha Crush Arc (Episodes 68–80)
This arc is just amazing, it’s the first time we got the chance to see Hokage in action against his old student Orochimaru. Who just want to crush Hidden Leaf Village.
Tsunade Search Arc (Episodes 81–100)
After Hokage’s death, Akatsuki member Itachi and Kisame enter in the Konoha. Sasuke and Kakashi got mentally injured by his brother Itachi. And only Tsunade can heal him.
On the other side, village old members decided to make Jiraya the new Hokage but he declined this and refer Tsunade for the Hokage. Now Jiraya and Naruto began their journey to find this woman.
Valley of the End Arc (Episodes 107–135)
Sasuke is influenced by Orochimaru’s power offer that he decided to leave the village but Naruto and others are trying to stop him. To settle this Naruto and Sasuke fought in the Valley of the end.
